Project Management

We select the best contractors to deliver our clients aspirations. Utilising bespoke contractors, to reduce risk on quality finishes, properly planned with realistic programming where we can monitor the team’s performance and report this to you every month.

Working on your behalf, we will take responsibility establishing the right culture and motivation within the work force to keep on track. The use of tried and tested systems of man management, are the key to the delivery of successful projects.

Effective management of the construction process from inception to completion is at the heart of the traditional skills and services that we can provide. This comes from a culture of improving design and construction process for the benefit of client and ourselves. We are always looking to improve on the length of time and cost, but importantly the quality of our construction sites. Projects of any size, either £5k or £50m, we have the knowledge and capabilities to run and deliver effectively.


Contract & Sub-Contract Projects

The management team and our sub-contractors have many years of experience and are always willing to develop new ideas, because of our diverse experience we can offer alternative approaches to issues that arise. We are very proud and confident of the services we can provide and will work closely with your pre-contract people to keep them fully informed at every step of the way in order to produce the best bid possible.


Problem & Distressed Projects

If you have a project that has become distressed, we can use our expertise to do a complete re-appraisal and recommend the best way forward out of the situation. We can quickly put a package together of the total cost to complete for you. This has just been done on a £18m development that had financial trouble in London. Large or small, we can help you solve your dilemma.

You may feel that you are not getting value for money from your current contractors and want the situation monitored. We can supply staff to cover your needs on this, either on a weekly or monthly basis, or just to oversee the monthly draw is for the materials you are told you need.


Project Monitoring

Whatever you require for your project, if you want a Site Manager to run the project from start to finish, or someone just to stand in for a few days, we can supply. As we are now seeing the improvements in technology really moving forward at great pace, any new system or idea must be at least looked at. The biggest of these has to be the use of wind power to produce electricity. To this end we are in negotiations with a company who designed a system of wind turbines which are put in a frame to disperse the kinetic energy, thereby virtually eliminating the need to have expensive strengthening to the roof of a building.

The disruption would be fairly minimal but the reward from 4 x 20-25 Kva generators, should be 60 Kva of useable power for a large portion of the year, effectively you should be able to sell power but it has to be pointed out that this will not work for everyone, as height and position of the your build will be critical in this.

There are many other ways of reducing your running costs both inside and out of your building and we are happy to advise the best option to fit your needs.
